May 2020 - Last year, ZC Rubber introduced a five year warranty plan for Westlake tyres in Europe, and this year the policy is being rolled out worldwide. Starting July 1, 2020, Westlake will extend the warranty plan to five years from the manufacturing date for all sizes of tyres. The new warranty plan will apply to consumers of all regional markets, aiming to provide reassurance to Westlake's loyal customer base.

March 2020 - During the outbreak of COVID-19 in March 2020, Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZC Rubber) and Nanjing Lvjinren Rubber & Plastic High-tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing Lvjinren Rubber) have signed an on-line contract for the expansion capacity of recycled rubber. The project, which will be fully operational in September this year, will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of recycled rubber, and become China's leading Industrial 4.0 recycled rubber intelligent plant and recycling demonstration project in the tyre industry.
